Now that is what Christian Louboutin has to say about his iconic nail varnish, but now it is my turn…

So wandering through the wonders of the shoe department in Selfridges London, when i finally found the object of the expedition… the Louboutin concession… filled with red soled shoes and sleek high heels; with a display of the new collection of nail varnishes created by the designer.

There are 4 ranges of colours, pops, nudes, noirs and then the one rouge which is the one i purchased… and for £36.00  I was eager to try in out is see whether it was worth the hype.


Louboutins claim is that just TWO COATS… is worth 20 COATS of a regular nail polish because it is so glossy and pigmented… now I'm not sure about is.. it is beautiful, and it does glide on like a dream, the brush applicator has even been patented.. its a fabulous pointed tip, on coat one the varnish covers the whole nail so nicely, and the second coat just seals the deal, the finish is sublime, no bubbles, lumps of sticky thickness, but was it equivalent it 20 coats???? no.. its a lovely good quality nail polish and its really glossy…

What I would say is that it is a great present to buy someone who would appreciate it.. but not sure i will be buying the whole collection.. as sadly it only lasted 2 days on me without chipping…

I was very excited to receive these amazing Flash Tattoos from the BeachCafe, An amazing company based online, they  have everything you need to complete your holiday wardrobe if your jetting off for some winter sun, or for next summer!

They have everything you need to look chic on the beach, from bikinis and swimsuits, to kaftans and accessorises.

I tried the 'lena' pack, which i loved.. me and my husband lewis had so much fun applying them..its not a must to have someone to help but it does make it easier.. 

They have a few different packs of the much famed "FlASHTATTOOS"… if they are good enough for Beyonce then they are good enough for me! other packs included Zahra, Josephine, Sophia, Chloe, Goldfish kiss, Goldfish kiss H20, with different themes to each pack.

They are definitely, going to be this seasons party essential to add a little glammer, perfect for all the upcoming parties!

The directions are easy to follow and on the back of the pack… simply choose the designs you want, cut them out and get tattooing!

The pack says they last for around 4-6 days although the tattoos placed on the neck to be honest i would say lasted slightly less.. i think thats due to the area having thin amount of skin, and the skin is often pulled.  

The removal of the tattoos are very easy and come off by either, scrubbing off in the shower or bath, or by using something like a baby oil with a cotton pad and use circular motions until they come off.

The prices range from £29.00 to £35.00 and you get 4 sheets a pack and they would last for a while as you would never need to use even 1 sheet per time! So definitely good value for money!
